Extensive Investigation and Litigation Experience
Michael Johnson, Andrew Foose, or Katrina Campbell will lead your
investigations seminar or report writing workshop. Mr. Johnson and Mr.
Foose are the Presidents of Global Compliance's Brightline Learning
Division. They are former attorneys in the U.S.
Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, where they were hired
under the Attorney General's Honors Program. During their time with the
Department of Justice, they investigated and litigated numerous claims
of employee misconduct against employers across the country, including
one of the Department of Justice's first "pattern or practice"
employment discrimination cases focused on sexual harassment. They have
served as expert witnesses testifying to the quality of employers'
internal investigations.
Ms. Campbell is the General Counsel of Brightline Compliance. She has extensive experience conducting internal
investigations and litigating employee misconduct cases as former attorney
with a national law firm and as former in-house counsel for two large corporations.
Effective Trainers
The three presenters have trained thousands of human resources
professionals, EEO officers, and attorneys at seminars across the
country on how to lawfully investigate allegations of harassment,
discrimination, and other employee misconduct. In addition to their
public seminars, they have provided investigative training on behalf of
numerous corporations, universities, law firms, and government
agencies, including the
Department of Homeland Security and the United Nations.

Michael Johnson is a graduate of Duke
University and Harvard Law School. Andrew Foose is a graduate of
Harvard University and Columbia University Law School. Katrina Campbell
is a graduate of Hampton University and Harvard Law School.
